Varietals & Special Lots

Bordeaux and Rhone varietals are at the heart of what we do, although we can’t help but venture into other areas that pique our interest. We love a good red! Our Bourdeaux mainstays are Cabernet Sauvignon, and a Meritage blend. At the Center of our Rhone varieties are Syrah, Grenache and Mourvedre. Other favorites include Zinfandel, Petite Sirah and Tempranillo. We also produce some small batches of white wines – Viognier, Chardonnay and a Rose’.

Our reserve red wines are a special treat. They are produced in very small lots – only 25 to 50 cases at a time. They are pampered and aged for an extended period of time – at least 22-24 months – in very high-quality new French oak.  We also experiment with a number of blends every year that are each an elevated combination of its components.
